Will You Be My Girlfriend? how to ask

You have asked her out, been on a couple of dates with her, and you have both got along fantastically you know that you really like her and you think that she feels the same way about you. Your friends have already assumed that you are boy friend/girl friend they have seen you out together laughing and joking holding hands, kissing having a great time.

Asking her to be your girlfriend shouldn't be difficult but fear of rejection is always there at the back of your mind even if you know that she is crazy about you too.

Once you have made your decision to ask her to be your girlfriend take action don't wait for the right time, you can't afford to wait too long because if you miss your chance you could lose her to someone else.
On the other hand, though don't run up to her in the middle of the street and shout out in front of all of her friends "Will You Be My Girlfriend," although it may sound romantic it would embarrass her and she probably wouldn't want to see you ever again.



Make the right time; try not to think of what you are going to say because no matter how many times you rehearse it in your head things never go according to plan. Whether you take her out for a meal, a walk in the park, or a walk along the beach

Girls like a small personal token from you not something that you have run out and bought, your class ring if you have one, the chain that you wear around your neck or even the sweater that you are wearing, anything that you have on your person that you wear or use regularly. This token item is to prove your commitment to her.


If she says yes, don't jump up screaming yes you beauty! she can change her mind very quickly, give her a cuddle and kiss her to seal the deal.

Time Waits For No Man

You have hit upon one of the truths of life, perhaps without even realizing it. That is, if you don't do something about it, you will regret it for the rest of your life. I can attest to this principle from personal experience. In my life, I allowed many girls to slip through my fingers before I developed enough confidence to face the opposite sex one-on-one. (On the lighter side, I can tell you there are certain relationships I eventually regretted initiating.)

One thing I learned is to trust my instincts. I often found after reflecting back, sometimes years later, on situations or conversations that made me think, "Hmmm... Does this mean she likes me?" the answer was always a resounding "Yes, you moron! She did like you! Too bad you can't do anything about it now because she... (check all that apply) got married/moved away and disappeared/got a job in another country/joined a convent/became a lesbian." Time waits for no man, not even a man in love.

The lesson here being, "learn to trust your instincts." If you think she likes you, she does. Act like she does. Talk to her as if it is a foregone conclusion that she likes you. Trust me on this... It's a lot easier to talk to a girl if you're sure she's interested than if there's a big doubt in your mind. She likes you! She wants you to talk to her!
